Best Western Atlantic City Beach Block, Atlantic City

The hotel was warm and cozy on a 15-degree night after a recent snowfall, smelling of cigarette smoke but nice and clean. The service was pleasant and attentive, except for an unfortunate incident. The location was one street away from the famous Boardwalk with its own car park, providing convenience. The dining experience was pretty good despite limited selection. Overall, a comfortable stay marred by a few issues.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms, especially given the affordable rate. However, the actual room did not match the picture I had chosen online. The service was friendly and accommodating, giving the hotel a cozy small-town feel despite being close to the action. Unfortunately, the location was unsettling and inconvenient, with issues like parking in a dirty, secluded lot. The dining experience was so-so, with limited options. I didn't find the facilities up to par either.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room had all the things a guest may need but had ants in the air conditioner and empty shampoo and bodywash, so I couldn't take a good shower this morning. The service had many food stains and other grimy stuff, had difficulty checking us in, and even had a midnight phone scam call from the room phone, but the staff is nice and helpful. The location is a little sketchy, not picturesque, and near a questionable area, yet it's not far from the boardwalk and close to everything easy to get around. The dining options were decent, with a variety available from the front desk. Despite the ups and downs, the overall stay was manageable.
